*To make Kaffir Lime Citrus Lemongrass Kombucha add 1 TBSP of our Kaffir Lime Citrus Lemongrass syrup to a 16oz bottle of kombucha during your second fermentation.
To prepare the cocktail, place the lime and rum in a glass and muddle to release the juice from the lime. Slap the mint leaves to release oils and rub around the rim of the glass before placing them into the glass. Top with ice and kombucha and stir. Garnish as desired!
