*To make ginger kombucha, add 1 tsp crystalized ginger during your second fermentation.
To prepare the cocktail, salt the rim of your glass and fill with ice. Grab a shaker and add ice, tequila, triple sec, and lime juice. Shake and strain into your glass, then top with kombucha. Garnish with jalepeño and a sprig of cilantro. For a batch cocktail, simply multiply the shaker ingredients to make three or four at a time.
